• Nova Poshta — branch or parcel locker, within Ukraine (1–3 business days)
• Ukrposhta — to address, within Ukraine (3–7 days)
• Self-pickup — at our Lviv shop
• International — Europe & USA (7–21 days depending on the country)

Payment

• Card online (LiqPay, Monobank)
• Cash on delivery at pickup (Nova Poshta)
• Wire transfer for legal entities

Returns

If your order arrives damaged — take a photo at the moment of receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We'll refund or replace it.
